LETHBRIDGE, AB - The Lethbridge Bulls made a huge addition to their roster ahead of the 2020 Western Canadian Baseball League season, announcing the signing of MLB Drafted LHP Thomas Little out of Northern Oklahoma College - Enid.
Little, a product of Lethbridge, Alberta was drafted in the 33rd round of the 2019 MLB Amateur Draft by the Philadelphia Phillies out of the Vauxhall Academy of Baseball where he spent two years as a standout with the program. He decided to not sign with the club and instead pursue the college baseball route where he now plays for the NJCAA Division 2 National Champion, Oklahoma Enid Jets, allowing him to be eligible to play in the WCBL in 2020.
Little will be a huge addition for the Bulls this upcoming season, deepening their pitching corpse as they look to avenge their devistating exit in the West Divison Finals a year ago to the champion Okotoks Dawgs.
The Bulls season begins May 28th in Fort McMurray, as they take on the Giants in a four-game set before heading home to face the Brooks Bombers in the VisitLethbridge.com Home Opener June 4th.
