CITY OF LETHBRIDGE

CITY OF LETHBRIDGE

Home of the WCBL Headquarters, Lethbridge is where many baseball dreams begin.

Lethbridge is the third largest city in Alberta, Canada, after Edmonton and Calgary. With a population of 106,550 in the 2023 municipal census, Lethbridge became the fourth Alberta city to surpass 100,000 people. The nearby Canadian Rocky Mountains give the Windy City's its chinooks, which give Lethbridge perfectly warm baseball summers and mild winters.

Our city is the commercial, financial, transportation and industrial centre of southern Alberta. As the birthplace of the WCBL, with its current headquarters at Spitz Stadium, Lethbridge has been a central part of baseball in Alberta and Western Canada. The University of Lethbridge is the only University south of Calgary in Alberta, and is where many of our Bulls players attend post-secondary school during their summer-baseball experience.
