The Bull-pen January 13

BULLS IN THE COMMUNITY

The Lethbridge Bulls are proud to be more than just a summer baseball team — we’re committed to growing the game and giving back to the next generation of fans and players across our community.

This season, that commitment shows up in a big way:

Kids Camps

Our Bulls Kids Camps give young players the chance to learn the game the right way — having fun, building confidence, and learning directly from Bulls players and coaches. Camps are designed for all skill levels and focus on fundamentals, teamwork, and a love for baseball.

Schools Out Game

The annual Schools Out Game is one of our favourite days of the summer, welcoming thousands of students to Spitz Stadium to celebrate the start of summer vacation with baseball, energy, and unforgettable ballpark memories.

Little League Night – June 6 vs Sylvan Lake

On Saturday, June 6, we’re celebrating SAVE ON FOODS Little League Night presented by District 1 Little League when the Bulls take on the Sylvan Lake Gulls. Local minor baseball players are invited to wear their team jerseys, be recognized in-game, and experience the excitement of a Bulls game alongside their teammates, coaches, and families.

From camps to classrooms to the ballpark, the Bulls are proud to support youth sports and strengthen our connection with families across Southern Alberta.

FROM THE PRESIDENTS PEN

As we get closer to another exciting summer of baseball in Lethbridge, one thing continues to stand out — the incredible connection between the Lethbridge Bulls and our community.

The energy in the ballpark on Schools Out Day is going to be unmatched — the noise, the excitement, and the smiles are going to make it one of the most special games on our schedule. Events like this don’t happen without strong community support, and we’re proud to work alongside local schools, partners, and families to make it possible.

As we head into the 2026 season, moments like the Schools Out Game are a perfect example of what the Bulls strive to be: a team that belongs to Lethbridge.

On the latest episode of The Bullhorn we discussed the importance of having kids who might not be familiar with the Bulls or baseball in general “A lot of these kids and families, probably with the noise of life in general, don't even know the Lethbridge Bulls exist... So this is an opportunity for the school to showcase a community establishment that's been around for 27 years. The kids will hopefully catch the bug—supporting city teams, coming back, and having fun at games, getting to know the players, signing autographs, collecting cards…just having a fun summer. Because there’s no better place as you know, to be in the summer than a ballpark. This day isn’t just about baseball, it’s about community, building connections, and giving young people memories that can last a lifetime—even if it’s their very first game.”

So get out to Spitz Stadium this summer for a Bulls game and help us continue to grow the great community spirit of Lethbridge.
