Bulls Lose a Close One to Med Hat

06/22/2016 12:19 PM -

Both teams came out swinging with the Bulls picking up 11 hits and Med Hat having 16 hits. Starting pitcher Luc Hebert put in a respectable 5 innings of work distributing 3 strikeouts and 3 earned runs coming off of a 3-run homerun. “Luc started the game throwing really well, aside from the homerun he did a great job of leaving runners on base and locating his stuff” said Assistant Coach Jesse Sawyer. Relief Pitching was evenly distributed by Kregg Snook, Terrell Dorsey, and Caleb Norton. Despite Brock Frentzel going 2 for 4 with 2 homeruns and 4 RBI’s the Bulls could not come away with the Win. Mitch McGeein is still the Bulls hottest hitter recently earning player of the Week last week and went 3 for 4 in the game with 3 hard hit singles! The boys fought hard in the 1st and 2nd place faceoff and are coming out guns loaded to rematch the Medicine Hat Mavericks tonight at 7:05PM in Med Hat! Stay tuned on twitter for live game updates!
