The Bulls finished the 2010 season in second place in the Western Division and were off to Okotoks to face them for the first two games of the semi-finals.

Friday night the Bulls played their first game of the series against Okotoks; it was a close game with Okotoks winning 4-3. Saturday night the Bulls were back in Okotoks for game two. It was another close game; but unfortunately the Dawgs took the win 5-3. Sunday night the Bulls were back at home to play game three of the series. This game was the last chance for the Bulls to stay in the playoffs. With Tyler Vavra as our starting pitcher, the Bulls were off to a great game with going six innings without Okotoks gaining any runs. It wasn’t until the top of the 7th when the Dawgs got their first two runs to tie up the game 2-2. In the top of the 9th the Dawgs managed to get their last run and took the win over the Bulls 3-2.

The Okotoks Dawgs now move on to face the Swift Current Indians. First game of this series starts Thursday Aug 5th.
